The SIGO GTO User application is a technological tool designed to provide the public transportation service for people (private and taxis) in the state of Guanajuato.
In a simple and intuitive way, the application will become a safe and reliable ally so that you can travel with peace of mind wherever you need it.
You will be able to know:
*The identity of the operator or driver
*Vehicle data before boarding
*Service availability
*Waiting time to board the vehicle.
*Evaluate the operator or driver of the unit.
*Make reports.
During the trip and in case of an emergency, you can activate a Chat via Whatsapp from the application with the Monitoring Center of the General Directorate of Transportation of the State of Guanajuato, which establishes communication with the authorities and emergency and/or security systems (C5 and C4) in case of any eventuality.
